For acute problems for which you need an instant solution - independent from day and time - we offer 2 options:

  1. the "eitle 7 day 24 hour service"
    This service is prepaid and runs one calander year. It is good for people who want permanent access to our services. The exact work performed you can find on "eitles 7x24 service".
    If there is right now a technical problem and you need instant help, please read point number 2.

  2. one time immediate contact
    If you need technical help for one time but now, the best solution is our "one time immediate contact". Since January 2013 this service is very simple to use:
  • Just call our standard mobile phone number +43 664 4023000. Now there are 3 possibilities:

    1. You reach us within our "eitle telephone times" an our employee picks up your call immediatly.
      (In this situation no extra fee will be charged.)

    2. You reach us out of our "eitle telephone times" and an automatic tape informs you about the possibility to speak right now with one of our employees. After the information about the costs of this service and the possibility to cancle your request, you will be asked to press a specific key on your telephone. As soon as you press this key, you will be routed to our employee.
      (This service costs Euro 100,- per call.)

    3. You reach us out of our "eitle telephone times" and an automatic tape informs you about the possibility to be called back within 10 minutes. After the information about the costs of this service and the possibility to cancle your request, you will be asked to leave a message with your name and the phone number where we can reach you now after the beep. After you left your message you will be called from our employee within 10 minutes. Note: if you are not called back, please call our number again and leave your name and phone number again to cancle out any errors.
      (This service costs Euro 100,- per back call.)

Terms and Conditions to the "one time immediate contact"

Version 3.0 from January 1st, 2013

Please note the following information:

  1. With the agreement or with the purchase of the "one time immediate contact" you automatically accept the „eitle Terms and Conditions of Business“ and all terms and conditions which are meantioned here.

  2. With pressing the button to be routed to our employee or with leaving the message to be called back immediatly, you accept all terms and conditions and are aware, that you will be charged with extra fees for this service.

  3. Beside the "one time immediate contact" the normal service fees will be charged - see "eitle Service Prices".
